T-01Boundary
Findings are evidence records, not recommendations.
DAEDALUS records what the submitted artifact demonstrated, what it did not demonstrate, and what evidence would falsify or revise a finding. DAEDALUS does not provide legal, financial, security, or business advice.
T-02Boundary
Access does not prove authority.
Payment or package access does not prove the requester controls the submitted domain or artifact. Automated inspection still requires domain verification, hosted-file verification, or an owner/operator path recorded by DAEDALUS.
T-03Boundary
Reports are locked evidence artifacts.
A locked report should not be edited after issuance. Retests, deeper-pass artifacts, evidence packet responses, and blocker-clearance packets create additional records rather than rewriting the original report. An authorized privacy deletion or approved retention deadline may remove the private report and its evidence. In that case, DAEDALUS keeps only a non-identifying certificate record and clearly states that the original contents can no longer be recomputed or viewed.
T-04Payment
Payment creates package access, not an inspection verdict.
Public Proof is priced at $1,500 for the initial inspection and one eligible retest, Buyer Diligence at $3,500 for the initial inspection, one eligible retest, and its stated proof-room workflow, and Portfolio Watch at $2,500 per month or $25,200 per year. Public Proof and Buyer Diligence include one retest; additional retests are owner-billed at $500. Portfolio Watch includes two inspection runs per month; additional runs are owner-approved at $1,000 unless an owner quote overrides upward. Package access may be cleared by Stripe Checkout, Stripe-hosted invoice payment, owner-recorded payment confirmation, or owner waiver. Payment does not create a report, change a report, prove authority over a submitted artifact, or guarantee that an artifact will pass inspection.
T-05Scope
Inspection scope is bounded by submitted evidence.
DAEDALUS inspects the submitted URL, claim, workflow description, authority evidence, browser witness results, and supplied proof artifacts. A DAEDALUS report does not establish total security, total correctness, legal compliance, commercial success, or fitness beyond the inspected evidence.
T-06Providers
Some functions depend on outside providers.
DAEDALUS uses deployment, storage, payment, and email providers for parts of the service. Provider outages, delayed webhooks, failed email delivery, or payment-provider interruptions may delay access issuance, report sharing, or proof artifact delivery.
T-07Contact
Questions and operational issues should go to Pathion LLC.
Contact admin@pathionlabs.com for access issues, suspected report-integrity problems, payment confirmation questions, security concerns, or requests involving stored DAEDALUS records.
T-08Delivery
Customer prerequisites affect inspection delivery.
After payment, the customer must create or sign in to an account, verify the account email, attach the paid package, prove domain control, and complete the inspection brief. DAEDALUS cannot run an automated client inspection until those prerequisites clear. Scheduling and any evidence requests are confirmed through the engagement record or direct Pathion follow-up.
T-09Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, add-on credits, and cancellation follow defined rules.
A customer is entitled to a full refund before DAEDALUS begins the purchased inspection work. Once an inspection run starts, the base inspection purchase is non-refundable. Portfolio Watch renews on the selected monthly or annual schedule until cancellation; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and DAEDALUS does not prorate that period. An account owner or admin can use Manage billing and cancellation from the customer account to review billing or schedule cancellation.
Separately purchased add-on credits are nontransferable and may be used only while the package they belong to remains active. An unused add-on credit may be refunded if work for that additional run has not begun. If DAEDALUS cannot deliver the purchased service, the owner may approve an appropriate refund or other customer remedy as an exception. A failed Portfolio Watch renewal receives a seven-day payment-recovery period by default; access may be suspended after that period until payment is restored. Contact admin@pathionlabs.com for refund requests or billing questions.
T-10Support
Support and timing are confirmed with the engagement.
Contact admin@pathionlabs.com for account verification, package attachment, authority proof, inspection scheduling, report delivery, included retest, or billing questions. A package page does not create an unstated service-level agreement or guarantee a specific verdict.
T-11Business use
DAEDALUS is offered only for business and organizational use.
Self-service purchase requires the purchaser to provide the legal business or organization name, the purchaser's full name and role or authority, and an explicit declaration that the purchaser is authorized to act for that organization and that DAEDALUS will be used solely for commercial business purposes. DAEDALUS is not offered for personal consumer use. An individual may purchase or use DAEDALUS only while acting as an authorized representative of a business or organization.
Stripe Checkout collects the billing address required for a card purchase. A customer requesting a hosted invoice must provide the business billing address before the invoice is created. Collecting a billing address does not itself mean that tax has been charged or that the customer is tax-exempt; any applicable tax treatment must be established through the payment record and governing law.
A customer claiming a sales-tax exemption must not use either self-service payment option. The customer must contact Pathion and provide a valid exemption certificate for verification before payment. Self-service requires an explicit statement that no exemption is being claimed. Pathion records a limited certificate reference and verification details in DAEDALUS rather than storing the certificate document in the application.
